All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, designs, content, and methodologies, remain the property of Corra Solutions unless explicitly transferred through written agreement. Client-specific deliverables and custom work may be transferred to the client as specified in individual service agreements.

We respect the confidentiality of your information and maintain strict confidentiality standards. Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of service delivery. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of our service relationship.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of planned maintenance in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corra Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corra Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and each party's confidentiality obligations remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
